Each item in your order is shipped separately unless you purchase multiple units of the same product, in which case they may be shipped together. We work with trusted fulfillment centers to ensure your order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
You can track the status of your order in real-time through the following methods:
- Shipping Confirmation Email: Within one week of your purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- Track Order Tab: Visit www.beautybien.com and click the “Track Order” tab to view the status of your order.

Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers. From there, we will ship your items within 1-3 business days.
Expected Delivery Times
We estimate delivery within 5-14 business days from the date of shipment. Please note the following:

- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
- These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Our integrated e-commerce system and global logistics provider process orders immediately upon submission. It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details, including product selection and shipping information, are accurate before completing your purchase.
Made a Mistake in My Address?
Due to customs regulations and our logistics provider’s privacy policy, we cannot modify the shipping address after an order has been placed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of purchase. Lost or Returned Shipments
In the event of a lost or returned shipment, the following applies:
- Lost Shipments: If your shipment is deemed lost by the shipping provider, we will send a replacement unit after you pay the unit cost of the item(s) purchased. Please contact us at info@beautybien.com to initiate this process.
- Return to Sender: If your shipment is declared “Return to Shipper” by the shipping provider, we will issue an exchange or refund upon receiving the item back, as verified by tracking. Refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs incurred.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your order details to avoid issues with delivery.
